Victoria Day Long Weekend Camp

May 17 – May 19, 2008
 

Join us for this 4th annual pre-season camp. The dates for this camp have been carefully selected to provide for excellent final preparation for the many triathlons scheduled for the upcoming season. Start the season ahead of the competition !

$200 Per Person. 

Your camp price includes;

Daily Coached Swim Practices

We have reserved the Sylvan Lake Aquatic Centre for our exclusive use. All swims will be early morning, from 7 A.M. to leave the rest of the day open for biking and running. 

Fully Supported Bike Training
 

The camp support vehicle will accompany all rides and provide for mechanical assistance and/or a ride back to our accommodation. Much of our riding will include the official Sylvan Lake ½ Ironman Bike Course. Our mobilesupport team will be providing Gatorade and Water throughout the course. 

 Run Training

We will utilize the official run course as we explore the town of Sylvan Lake. There will be distances and paces provided to suite all abilities. Aid station support with Gatorade and Water will be provided on Day 3. 

Buffet Dinner

Dinner will be provided on Saturday night at 6pm. Plan to attend for your chance to win over $3000 value in draw prizes from our generous sponsors.
